Mobile adaptation layer for the dsh web GUI. Ships overlay contributions over the official client packages: environment injection (mobile-env), narrow viewport layout overrides (mobile-layout.css), the shell.overlay drawer/nav seat, session-select drawer close, New Session visibility, phone-only Header action icons, local-build brand/title rewrite, and a phone-only Session log Header icon. The browser half is the product surface; the node half is an empty apply. Requires the official ui-layout root entry (the ctx.layout service and the shell.overlay slot declaration). It does not rewrite official packages.

Model Experience

No model-visible surface: the layer adds no session events, no prompt content, no tool schemas, and no wire vocabulary. All inputs are browser geometry and the official ctx.layout.toggleSidebar() panel transition. Opening a session or starting a new one closes an open phone drawer through that toggle after checking the official data-sidebar-collapsed hook; the overlay CSS keeps the conversation column in grid track 2 while the drawer floats over it. Phone CSS also clips the official Session log Header label so only the download icon occupies the 32 px control, shrinks the floating hamburger to 36 px, pads the session nav and conversation tabs past that overlay, and clips session header actions plus the adjacent jobs count to icons. The New Session control appears only after an upward conversation scroll and hides again on a downward scroll, composer focus, or draft text. Clicking the clipped agent-preset icon opens a read-only details sheet. Local builds without DSH_CLIENT_BUILD_PROFILE=official fill the official brand holes and rewrite a DSH Local Build document title to DeepSeek Harness.

Known Limitations and Deferred Work

  • The details deep-dive panel stays unavailable below the official solver's narrow breakpoint (contract of computeColumns); tool details ride the official inline expand instead.
  • Tablet adaptation is out of scope; only the phone breakpoint is covered.
